Information for guests
ISLAND HOUSE is intended for 4 persons and 1 child under 3 years of age.
Please notify of all arriving children and their ages. When arriving with babies and children up to 3 years age, inform in advance about the preparation of the baby cot and the bedding.
The minimum number of nights to be booked is 2.
Pets are not allowed.
In order to organise small celebrations or gatherings, all conditions must be discussed with ISLAND HOUSE in advance.
Arrival time from 15.00, departure time until 12:00 (Arrival/departure times may be adjusted if possible).
Quiet hours between 22:00 and 8:00.
ISLAND HOUSE reservation is confirmed upon payment of the reservation fee, which is equal to 50% of the amount of the stay.

When making a reservation, a rental agreement is signed.
2023 prices
On working days (from I to IV), price for a night - 170€
On weekends (from V-VII) and on holidays, price for a night is €190
When ISLAND HOUSE is booked for 5 days or more, a 10% discount is applied.
